- Once we have received your order, it may take about 2 days to be made depending on how busy we are.
Delivery is £2.99 (UK only) for all orders irrespective of size, value or weight. For the rest of the World it is £8.90 flat fee for any size order.
All orders are sent with Royal Mail though we use other couriers when necessary. Delivery times are usually 2-3 days for the UK. International delivery times vary but usually within 10 working days.
- Privacy & Security
We do not hold any information regarding your account or payment details. All payments are made using PayPal or Stripe.
- Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Any order that is either incorrect or defective should be notified to us within 5 days of being delivered. We will either replace or refund whichever is most preferable. When returning an item you should pack the item back into its original packaging so as to avoid damage during transit. Please notify us prior to returning.
If you prefer a refund rather than a replacement then we will issue your refund within 2 days of your order being received. We shall refund via the same method that you paid for your order. We will notify you of the return and inform you that you will be refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Ordering is simple, safe & secure. Simply add the items you require to your basket and make your payment via PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Pay or Apple Pay when you are ready to complete your order. Using these payment providers is safe and the most convenient & secure method.
- All payments, pricing & promotions are valid only at the time of ordering and we reserve the right to cancel an order or cease promotions as and when necessary.
